atmanicare.com is operated by Atmani Essentials, India (“we”, “us”). By using this website or ordering our products, you agree to these terms.
Our products
- Our products are general wellness and cosmetic products inspired by Ayurvedic tradition. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Natural ingredients can still cause individual reactions. Please do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor for any medical condition, during pregnancy, or before use on infants.
- Being handmade in small batches, slight natural variation in colour, texture or aroma between batches is normal and not a defect.
Orders and prices
- Orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when we confirm availability and total price to you.
- Prices shared on WhatsApp may change over time; the price confirmed with your order is the one that applies.
Shipping, returns and privacy
These are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Atmani Essentials and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep all information accurate but do not guarantee the website is always error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
