Where we ship

We ship across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will let you know on WhatsApp before confirming your order.

How your order is processed

• Orders are placed over WhatsApp (+91 93735 39060). Once we confirm your order, products and delivery address, we share the total amount including any shipping charges.
• Because our products are made in small batches, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote locations may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on your location and order size, and are always told to you on WhatsApp before you confirm the order — no surprises.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking details to you on WhatsApp.

Delays

Occasionally couriers face delays beyond our control (weather, festivals, local disruptions). If your order seems stuck, message us on WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier for you.
