Our promise

Every product is made in small batches and checked before dispatch. If something still goes wrong, we will make it right.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

• Please record a short unboxing video or photos when you open the parcel — this makes claims quick and easy.
• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the photos/video.
• We will send a free replacement or give a full refund — your choice. Return shipping for damaged or wrong items is on us.

Returns for other reasons

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned — this is standard for cosmetics.
• For returns that are not due to our error, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, refunds are issued within 7 business days via UPI or bank transfer (or the method you paid with).
